Aura is not trying to be the main event. It is the band you add when a stack is nearly right but needs one more line of light, or the one you wear on its own when you want something on your hand but nothing announced.

The stones

A continuous fine row of round brilliants, each roughly 1.0mm across. At that scale you do not read individual stones – you read a thread of light following the curve of the finger.

Ultra-slim polished 925 sterling silver. The narrow profile is the whole point: two or three Auras stacked still take up less room than one conventional band.

Finding your size

Sizes run US 5 to US 10. If you are between sizes, or buying as a surprise, size up rather than down; a slightly loose ring can be worn on a different finger, a tight one cannot. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest. Full chart in the size guide below.

Caring for it

• Put jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray and lotion.
• Remove before swimming, showering, cleaning or the gym.
• Clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush; dry thoroughly.
• Store dry and separately so the band does not scratch against other pieces.
