These terms apply to every order placed through GemsGlitz.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Who you are buying from
GemsGlitz.com is a trading name of OSMOS CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand (company no. 0835565018181). Your contract is with OSMOS CO., LTD.

Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD, $). If your card or bank account is held in another currency, the amount you are charged depends on your provider’s exchange rate and any fees they add — these are outside our control.
We do not add sales tax or VAT at checkout. Depending on where you live, your country may charge import duties, customs fees or local taxes when your parcel arrives. Those charges are set by your government, are payable by you as the importer, and are not included in the price you pay us.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket does not reserve them. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we find an obvious pricing or description error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
Payment
Orders are paid by direct bank transfer. After you place an order we email you our bank details. Your order is made to order once the transfer has cleared. Setting and finishing normally takes 5 to 7 business days, and we dispatch as soon as the piece is ready. If we do not receive payment within seven days we may cancel the order.
Our products
Our jewellery is made with laboratory-created stones — these are not mined natural diamonds. Metals used are described on each product page and on our Materials page. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and stones are shown enlarged, so the colour and scale you see on screen may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Returns and cancellation
Your legal right to cancel. If you are buying as a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to cancel, for any reason or none. You do not need our permission and you do not have to give a reason. Tell us within those 14 days — an email to service@gemsglitz.com is enough — and you then have a further 14 days to send the piece back. We refund within 14 days of the piece reaching us, or of you showing proof of postage, whichever is earlier, including the standard delivery charge we made. You pay the cost of return postage, and proof of postage is enough. Trying a ring on for fit does not affect this right.
Our 30-day returns policy. On top of that right, and wherever in the world you are, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition. Full details, including how to start a return and the cancellation form, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, email service@gemsglitz.com and we will work with you to put it right. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve things faster directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
