Prices and tax

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). We do not add VAT or sales tax at checkout; any import duties or local taxes charged when a parcel arrives are set by the destination country and are payable by the customer as importer.

Dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong with an order, please contact us first at service@gemsglitz.com — most issues are resolved quickly and directly, and there is never a need to involve your bank before speaking to us.
