Solitaire – 1ct Bezel-Set Pendant in 925 Sterling Silver

A bezel wraps the stone in a continuous rim of metal instead of gripping it with prongs. It costs a little brightness at the edges and buys back a great deal of practicality: nothing to snag on knitwear, nothing to bend out of shape, no prong to check.

The stone

An 8mm round brilliant lab-created stone – the largest pendant stone in the collection, and noticeably bigger on the neck than the 6.5mm pieces.

The setting

A full polished 925 sterling silver bezel. Because the rim catches light in its own right, the pendant reads as slightly larger than the stone alone would.
