Return Window:
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition:
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Approval Required:
Each request for a refund or return must be approved by GemsGlitz.com before you send your item back. We will not accept or process any refunds or returns for items that are returned without prior permission.

Return Shipping & Tracking:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. An international tracking number must be provided so we can track the return of your order. Without a valid tracking number, we do not refund any item.

No Questions Asked:
You are not required to provide a reason for your return. We respect your decision and will process your return as long as it meets our policy criteria.

Refund Exclusions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any fees and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, customs fees, and other related charges are not eligible for refund.
